We hand-inspect American black walnut, rift-sawn white oak, and cherry for rich grain character, correct moisture content, and structural density before precision machining.
Corners are joined using interlocking finger joints cut to precise tolerances, ensuring box walls lock securely together without relying on fragile glue seams or veneer caps.
Multiple coats of natural organic oils are rubbed deep into the raw timber grain, creating a durable matte surface finish that deepens in warmth as the wood ages.
Interior slots are tailored with charcoal or cream microsuede linings, then fitted with custom weighted pillows to cushion watch cases and bracelets against scratches.
